Joe French is the founding pastor of Indian Springs Baptist Church. Pastor French is the product of Colerain High School and Southern Ohio College. He worked in local businesses starting as a mechanic to leaving full time secular employment as a manger of business units in multiple cities. He is also the product of training received from Dr. Charles Ashcraft for the ministry.

Pastor French is the son of Michael and Della French serving the Lord at the Ottowa Baptist Church of Brodhead, Kentucky. He has a brother (Mike French), and sister (Lisa Allen) both of Warren County, Ohio. His wife Dianne is the second of six children of Pastor Dr. William Younger. Pastor Younger and wife Phyllis in their retirement years are members of Indian Springs. Pastor French and Dianne have two children they are so proud of, Rachel Baltensperger (of Johnson, Nebraska) and Sheriff’s Deputy Justin French. They are the even prouder grandparents of Westin, Titus, and Grant.

Pastor French serves on the Board of Directors for Lighthouse Children’s Homes and the Crossroads Rescue Mission. After years in the business community he serves occasionally in a consulting role to regional businesses. He mentors folks into a closer relationship with Jesus Christ as well as mentoring folks for a better life personally and professionally.

Together with Pastor French, Indian Springs Baptist Church and missionary Robin Cabasan have founded Philippine Baptist Missions. The year 2015 saw the founding of the Hamilton College of the Bible. Pastor French also serves actively in the community on number of projects making Hamilton a better place to live. At any given time around the neighborhood you can spot neighbors stopping to chat with our Pastor, the man they all know as Pastor Joe.
